Question: Average Annual Return

I've been mulling over an idea for a blog article and one of the pieces of info I need for it is what we as a community of investors feel a realistic average annual rate of return is. Whether your a flipper, reseller, medium or long term investor, or employ a combination of many strategies, what in your opinion is an AVERAGE annual net rate of return? Bear in mind it's not the return rate that you feel happy with, or what your goal is or what you think you or others should be aiming for. Just what the average is as it currently sits. Maybe you keep accurate accounting records and can tell instantly, that would be great - voting is anonymous :) The CAGR by theme page lists the average of all the theme averages as 12.93%, do you agree with that? That obviously doesn't factor in costs such as selling fees etc, so I'd like you to consider that as well and give me a net answer in the poll above.
