10179 UCS Falcon?

I may be picking up an assembled UCS Falcon tomorrow with the box and the 5 figures and instructions........He said he does not see a "COA".... For the price I can't go wrong....... Any thoughts about not having the "COA"..... Also, I was thinking about buying it and trying to flip it and use the money to try and build stock......any thoughts on this? Thanks!
