Thoughts on Loki Minifigure

Wanted to see what your thoughts were on the Loki minifigure that came with the 3 Avengers sets: Cosmic Cube Breakout Quinjet Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout I parted out quite a few of these sets, selling off the heros very quickly and left with a pile of Lokis that I wasn't willing to sell for $4 each. Loki was included in each of these 3 sets with no variations which made the figure quite common and kept the price low. With these sets now on their way to EOL or gone already and Loki not being included in upcoming Marvel sets the supply should dwindle. I like the potential of Loki because he is featured as a very charismatic villain/anti-hero in 3 Marvel movies. His minifigure comes with with a unique helmet which is not likely to be replicated any time soon. Am I fooling myself into thinking that this figure may climb to the $8-12 range (plus shipping)? Or will Loki slide into the shadows if he is not featured in upcoming movies?
