7498....quietly rising

so I listed 2 7948 Police Stations both on ebay recently. Sold both for 140.00 each within minutes of posting. Made a very nice profit for what I paid. But, am I missing something? Is this set worth a lot out of nowhere. Feels like just yesterday it was on amazon for 70.00.
