What is the discount history on large technic at TRU?

I am looking at the Unimog 8110 and the high probability that it will be gone after this year. If there is a reasonable assumption of this then curiosity asks the qudstion. Does TRU have any history of 20-30% clearance on these large sets? There is no other way to buy this set in NM in quanitity. Right now it is at retail and the saturday r us promotion is in effect of 10%. Is it worth a buy now and them return if no eol or clearance hits i return and then re-buy. Based on the stock in store of this i may be the only looney buying this set.
