Would you flip it or Keep it? Lego 10182 Corner Cafe

My Corner Cafe that I bought for $500 New in Sealed Box just arrived, not in bad shape at all, Seales intact, just a wee dirty where the corners meet, but completely sealed and no signs of it being tampered with. My question is , would you flip it for a quick buck or keep it little longer??? By the way , I just realized this was the first modular, am I right???
