When To List

Does anyone have any insight on the best time to list a set on EBay? Do you prefer to wait until the going price gets in the ballpark of your target sell price? Or go ahead and list at the price you desire and wait for the market to catch up? I have a stack of Ghost Trains but they are currently going for around Retail. Should I wait until I see them going for more? Or list now and be there waiting when the value gets to my target?
