10234-1: Sydney Opera House - Good Investment?

I'm very new here. Would like to have some comments and suggestion about the set > 10234-1: SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE Personally, I like the design of the set but I wonder whether it's a good investment or not. At here the set cost around $399 at retail price. However, there are some promotion going on where you can get the set for about $319. Should I buy it several sets and keep it? Is there any estimated retire date? Would you think this will be like the Taj-hal?
