Investing in ships in general

It appears to me that almost all pirate themed boat sets do very well. That being said, do people think that the pirate ship ambush will combine the best of both worlds? A very popular theme, LOTR, with a popular kind of set, ship/boat? It would probably be safe to bet that this set will be the only ship in the LOTR theme. How do you think it will compare to other precious ship sets?
