Do any of you use your local PAB wall as an investment vehicle?

Most Pick-a-brick walls change out some product every couple of weeks and sometimes they will stock a certain piece(s) that just blows you away! I grab a cup every now and again when they have some stuff I need for MOC's or if I see on Brickbuildr that they have some harder to find stuff but I haven't really made an attempt at making money off the "wall". Do any of you routinely stock up on bricks from the PAB to sell/flip on Bricklink or eBay? If so, how do you go about doing so in such a way that you bring in a fair amount of profit? Thanks for satisfying my curiosity!
