HH & Petshop...Any deals on these 2 sets? Ever?

I'm Planning on dropping some change on these 2 sets soon. I've never seen these sets get any discount from anywhere. Except the 5% from Target or Vip points. I purchase 1 Petshop at the Lego store with their 10% coupon but I had to pay 7% tax. And I do not want to pick up one by one from Amazon or EBay. That's way too time consuming. Any ideas to save 15% + Thanks
