Friends Dolphin Cruiser showing up on ebay

Hey guys, Lego Friends 41015 Dolphin cruiser on ebay with a few other sets. For those of us who have a modest collection of the first years run of Lego friends this good be a good sign? These sets are showing South Korea. I don't think these are available in the states yet although I could be mistaken
