I am currently in the process of buying a house and may need to pay cash for the entire purchase, there is about a 50/50 chance that I may sell off my collection. However, as these prices are indicating already good prices on a collection of gorgeous brand new in box investment picks, I would expect to get over the usual 50% rule for the lot. I am coming up with around $9000 total for these "street prices" but I am curious what the lot discount would have to be to move the inventory?
