With everyone holding till the holidays, could we flood the market?

Most of the people on Brickpicker are planning on selling a large portion of their inventory over the holidays. My worry is that we may flood the market, and make much less than we'd hoped for. I know that there is a massive market for Lego over the holidays, but there are also tons of us looking to drop a lot of bricks off in that short time frame.
