How to get ahold of Lego Boxes?

I know many of you have been able to receive shipments in Official Lego wholesale boxes, I was just curious how got them. I have placed several orders from LEGO Shop at Home that were in the right quantities to get a wholesale box but have never actually received one. As we all know, they are great for shipping and about as compact as you can possibly find for storage.
