NXT 8547 going away?

I have been watching this set over the last two weeks. Amazon US and Amazon UK sold out, then Target, then Walmart. TRU still has them, but at way over RRP (of course). Anyone think think that this is going away? I don't think it would since I have not heard any news on a replacement, but it just seems odd that so many places would have it as OOS. Thanks for any input. EDIT: TRU no longer has this on their website
