Opinion on appreciation potential of Highway Pickup (7347)?

This isn't the usual kind of set I would be buying/investing, but when I look at it, it seems like a cool set - and it has very general appeal (kids, adults, etc), and I can do 3 different builds with it! It's currently 25% off on Amazon. Are investors interested in this set, or passing this over?
