Opinion on 9472...Attack on Weathertop

A local chain in my area has 5 of these at $41.99/each (reg retail there is $69.99...pretty steep). I am not very familiar with The Lord of the Rings line, but looking at some of the reviews on Brickset, it seems like this is a pretty good set. However, the current value on here has it around $50. When I buy I plan on holding sets for 2-4 years. I was just wondering what some of your opinions were on this set and it's long term potential, and whether or not I should pounce on them. Thanks for any input.
