Promotional Set 3300003, good investment?

These mini Lego stores are pretty cool, but not sure about the current $100 price tag. Anything like this previously to gauge how these sets are goint to do? There are going to be approximately 3000 of them to exist, as they limited them to 300 per store opening this year, with Lego opening 10 stores in 2012. I also didn't know if Lego would turn around and sell them on Shop@Home for $29.99 or something like that, basically negating the value that they currently have. Any thoughts?
