Architecture Sets

Hello All, I was looking at the new range, well I say new but some have been out since 2008, of the architecture sets in the Milton Keynes Lego store. I believe about 20 have been released. Looking on the site, the CAGR seems to be mostly negative or shows a small positive. Are these sets expected to appreciate? Looking on Amazon, some of the reviews are mediocre in regards to what you get for the price. I also noted that Amazon France has a couple of the sets for a good price. Incl delivery they are approx. 15% cheaper than the UK LEGO Shop at Home price. Anyone living in the EU does not have to pay import duties from these sites. On a different theme Amazon Italy had 10213 Space Shuttle with 20% off.
